If within 30 days after purchasing a web site from us, you are not happy with our web site prices or services, just let us know in writing within that 30 days. Written requests must be signed by an officer of the Company or the owner of the domain name, be on Company letterhead, and must be faxed or mailed to us (email and phone requests are not valid). We will then promptly refund your money, less any setup fees or Network Solutions domain name fees. Note: this refund guarantee does not apply to any web site disconnected for violating our acceptable use policy.

(a) Your CIIC web site will have your own unique domain name (www.yourcompany.com). Domain Registration is paid directly to Domain Registrar (Register.com or Network Solutions).

(b) We use the latest LINUX web servers which include your own account remote control panel to configure your email accounts, aliases, FTP, and security. These powerful servers are extremely efficient and lightning fast. We never host more than 100 web sites per server so rest assured your web site will be fast and responsive.
