Let’s setup your email into your iPhone.

Access your Settings on the iPhone and access the “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” item

You will see any other accounts that you may have created. Click “Add Account”

Click Other and then add mail account.
Here you’ll enter in your account info: Your name, your full email address, and your email account password. Once you’ve gotten that in hit save.

Be sure to select the IMAP setting at the top, commonly IMAP is the default setting for a new account on the iPhone. You can also use POP3 if you prefer.

Now you need to tell your iPhone what server you’re going to be operating on. For the Incoming Mail Server information you’ll enter your domain name, such as: www.yourdomain.com

Username: enter as provided, This should NOT be your full email address!
Password: your_password

Now that you’ve gotten your Incoming Server configured let’s work on the Outgoing Server.
For the Outgoing server settings you will use your domain name again.
Outbound server: www.yourdomain.com
Username: enter as provided, This should NOT be your full email address!
Password: your_password

ALMOST DONE!

Now we need to configure the ports for your servers, so lets get back into the Mail Settings and click on the account we created.
First off lets go to the Outgoing Mail server, click on the SMTP option and click on the Primary server which should be www.yourdomain.com
Here’s where you’ll need to make a few small changes, we need to turn SSL off and use the Port number of 587. Once you’ve done that you can back out to previous screen for the next step.

Now we need to configure the Incoming Mail. Click on the advanced button and you should be brought to this screen.

The Default should be SSL off. (Port will be 143 for IMAP or 110 for POP)

That should take of everything now! Now back out to your home screen and access your mail application.
